Recognize chords as you play and explore alternative chord symbols. Browse chords and scales with a realistic animated piano keyboard, a movable guitar fretboard, and a grand staff. Scale colors show roots, structural notes, available extensions, and unavailable tensions.
The App Store edition includes eight original exercises by Jaime Jaramillo Arias. Import MIDI, MusicXML, or MXL, listen to each exercise, practice in Guided mode, and navigate numbered steps. Adjust tempo, semitone transposition, and swing to suit your practice.
Use a MIDI controller, a mouse, or touch. Play the included offline piano, or turn it off and route MIDI to another instrument app. Select the inputs and outputs you need. Use the on-screen sustain control to build chords on the piano or fretboard.
MIDI Learn lets you save a chord with your preferred symbol. Your library, dictionary, and preferences stay on your device.
English is the default interface language; Spanish is also available. Searchable help is included offline. No account, advertising, or in-app subscription.
